Arda Bardakjian, MPH, MBA
Heading the Ohio division, Bardakjian joins Greg Facktor & Associates, Inc. to focus on building infrastructure and creating scalable growth opportunities for Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), Community and Free Clinics. Bardakjian received her Master of Public Health with an emphasis in sociocultural diversity and health from University of California, Irvine in 2011. She went on to receive her Master of Business Administration from Kent State University
Bardakjian has been working within the healthcare industry for over a decade. Her past experience has included working in emergency rooms, audit companies, research institutions, free clinics, and FQHCs. Prior to joining GFA, Bardakjian was at an FQHC where she assisted in the transition from a free clinic to fee for service to FQHC designation. Bardakjian 's operational experience, attention to detail, compliance implementation, and academic background makes her an asset to the team. She is a team member of the interim operational support program for clinics, meant to support an agency during leadership transition time or as they develop new positions. She focuses on creating sustainable operations built upon patient flow analysis, quality of care programs and maximizing the electronic health record systems. Bardakjian has presented at the California Primary Care Association on the sliding fee scale requirements and has compliance experience with Section 330 regulations. Bardakjian is a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA).
